Welcome Love,

I want to share with you the woman behind this space.

Not just the titles, trainings, or pieces of my life that fit neatly into a bio, but the experiences that have shaped me, cracked me open, brought me back to life, and ultimately changed the way I experience my body, sexuality, love, and relationships.

So much of who I am today was forged through my own healing, unraveling, remembering, and becoming.

This is a piece of that story.

Before I could guide women through this work,
I had to live it myself.

I had to heal the places in my body that no longer knew how to feel pleasure, question everything I had been taught about relationships, and expand my capacity to receive the kind of love I had always longed for.

For years, I carried the imprint of sexual trauma in both my body and mind. I had been molested at only three years old, and at fourteen, my first experience of sex was being rapped by a 21 year old man. Long after those experiences were over, my cells were still carrying what had happened to me.

As I grew older, pleasure during sex was a foreign concept to me. I had learned to brace, hold tension, disconnect from my body entirely, and oftentimes feared intimacy and the pain that would follow.

My heart could know I was safe with my partner, but my body hadn't learned that intimacy no longer meant danger.

So I began the deeper work.

To cultivate safety inside my own body again, slowly reconnecting with sensation and pleasure, and reclaiming the power that was taken from me as a child.

And through this journey, self pleasure and sexuality became a place of deep connection, aliveness, and eventually, profound healing.

Whose desires was I really living?

That journey deeply changed me, as my libido and body came fully online. Intimacy became something I craved experiencing with my partner over and over again, but sex was only one piece of it.

Because when I started looking honestly at my relationships, I realized just how much of what I had called "my desires" had actually been handed to me.

I had been taught how a good woman should act, what marriage was supposed to look like, what I should tolerate, what being feminine meant, how much I should give and how independent I should be.

Who I was, what I desired, it was buried deep under family conditioning, religious indoctrination, good-girl programming, cultural expectations, relationship advice and ideas about masculine and feminine energy that plagued my social media feeds.

Everywhere I looked, someone had an opinion about who I should be and what I should want.

one day I got still enough to finally ask myself:

What kind of love actually feels good to me?

What kind of partnership allows me to remain fully myself?

What kind of intimacy makes my body soften instead of contract?

What kind of sex makes me feel more alive?

Who am I when I am no longer performing who I was taught to be?

Those questions unraveled my entire world.

I looked at beliefs I had carried for decades, all the ways I had abandoned myself to keep relationships, the places I over gave, stayed silent and confused being needed with being loved.

The ways my old wounds quietly influenced who I chose, what I accepted, what I feared, and what I believed I deserved.

I examined all of it. Piece by piece I started dissecting and peeling back all these layers that had been placed upon me.

Until I finally got to the core of me.

And from that place, I was able to finally see MY true desires.

I became clear about the love I not only wanted, but deserved to have

A relationship where I could be deeply loved without losing myself. Where honesty was safer than pretending. Where I could be powerful and soft. Independent and interdependent. Sexual and sacred. Wild and grounded.

Where love did not require me to chase, earn, perform, or shrink myself to keep it.

Spoiler alert….eventually, that kind of love came into my life.
And I thought life would only get easier from there….turns out it's been the most difficult journey out of all of this.

Because there was something I had not yet fully understood.

That when I finally called in a man who could hold all of me, who is grounded, devoted and centered within himself. Who didn't need me, but chose me.

There was a new level of expansion my nervous system had to move through in order to actually receive this man and his love. Even though my heart knew this was the kind of love I had been asking for, my entire system was sounding every alarm it ever had.

Safety felt unfamiliar.

Consistency felt unfamiliar.

Being deeply seen felt unfamiliar.

Being loved without having to earn it felt unfamiliar.

And what I came to understand, is if your system has learned to associate love with uncertainty, intensity, earning, proving, chasing or emotional highs and lows, then secure love can initially feel almost... too quiet

There is no longer the constant anticipation of wondering where you stand. No emotional high followed by the crash. No chasing reassurance after distance. No intensity constantly keeping your system activated.

Instead, there is someone safe, secure, and steady who simply keeps choosing you.

And sometimes, when chaos is what your body has known, peace doesn't immediately feel like love.

Safety can feel boring when your body has learned to confuse activation with chemistry.
Consistency can feel unsettling when unpredictability is what your system knows.
The very love you have spent years longing for can activate some of the deepest parts of you, not because the love is wrong, but because it is an entirely new experience.

I had to rewire so much of what I believed love was supposed to feel like.
I had to learn that peace was not the absence of passion.
That stability was not the absence of desire.
And that being chosen over and over again did not need to be intertwined with uncertainty or chaos in order to feel like love.

And I watched as old protective patterns began rising inside of me.
Fear. Hypervigilance. The constant urge to scan his every move and collect evidence for all the reasons this would eventually fall apart.
I tested him instead of simply receiving him.
I looked for danger where there wasn't any.
At times, it felt like my mind was fighting against the very thing my heart had spent years asking for.

After months of feeling caught in this tug-a-war, my partner looked at me one day and said, "I am not your enemy."
And something inside of me finally softened.

Because in that moment, I could see it.
There was a younger, protective part of me fighting desperately against this relationship, not because she didn't want this love, but because she had never known this kind of love before.

Hand on heart
She knew how to survive uncertainty.
She knew how to anticipate disappointment.
She knew how to protect herself from being hurt.
But she didn't yet know how to be safe inside of being loved.

And underneath all of that protection was an even deeper belief I had to face:
Could I actually let myself have this?
Could I believe I was worthy of a love that didn't require me to suffer for it?
Could I stop preparing for it to disappear long enough to actually experience the man standing right in front of me?

That's where my greatest work began. It wasn't enough to know what I wanted, I had to become capable of actually being able to receive it.

I had to expand my capacity for the very things I had been asking for.

More love.

More intimacy.

More honesty.

More vulnerability.

More pleasure.

More safety.

More being seen.

More being chosen.

I had to teach my system that I did not have to sabotage something simply because it was unfamiliar.

And this is where my 4 part framework was born and where my greatest journey unfolded.

Credentials & Experience

My Training & Lived Experience

My work is informed by years of personal exploration, professional training, and hands-on experience in the worlds of somatics, sexuality, relationships, subconscious transformation, energy work, and embodied healing.

My training and certifications include Trauma Informed Somatic Bodywork,  Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Parts Work, Shamanic Womb Healing, USUI Holy Fire Reiki Master and ongoing training through Layla Martin's VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching methodology.

But I believe credentials are only part of what makes someone powerful at this work.

For me, the deepest education has also come through living it—through relationships, motherhood, entrepreneurship, heartbreak, healing, sexuality, nervous-system work, rebuilding my relationship with myself, and continually putting the principles I teach into practice in my own life.

Chelsea in nature

This is the work I hold for you.

I'm not here to be another person that tells you what sex, love or relationships should look like for you. Instead, I help you look honestly at what your life, body, and relationships are revealing.

To guide you into healing the places that are still carrying the past.

To help you question the beliefs and programming that have shaped who you think you're supposed to be.

To uncover what you genuinely desire beneath all of the outside noise.

And then show you how to build the capacity—in your body, nervous system, heart, and life—to actually receive it.

When you finally know what is true for you, you no longer need another guru, coach, partner, or authority figure to define your life.

You have your own inner compass.

With so much love,
Chelsea
