In March of 2020, in the midst of COVID hitting our beautiful city, I was attuned in USUI Holy Fire® Reiki III Levels I & II. The timing of course was divine, I had no idea how much this reiki energy was going to serve me, and others, in this whirlwind of a year.
Why I chose Reiki
In January of 2020, one of my best friend's mom passed away. I remember feeling so helpless and wanting to do more and realizing there really was nothing I could do except be there for her. It's was drew me to getting reiki certified. I knew how much reiki had changed my life seeing my own energy healer for almost 2 years by that time. I know the way I felt when I left those sessions and I thought if I could get certified myself, then I could help my friends and family members when they needed extra love and support in hard times.
I went into my attunement in March with no intention of making reiki a part of my coaching business. But, like usual, God had a different plan for me.
My Attunements
Going through reiki attunement is the most spiritual experience I've ever had. Doing my 4 attunements that weekend I was visited by both Jesus and God.
In one of my last attunements I saw the earth and like a slow fire it eventually was covered in this golden, glowing light and in that moment I was told that I was meant to help heal this world. Now, that may feel like a pretty tall order, right? But, it really didn't. I FELT it and I KNEW it. It was then I decided that reiki would not only become a service I offered, but it would also be integrated into each and every one of my coaching sessions.
In December of 2020, I decided it was time to get my Master Reiki certification. Becoming master certified allowed me access to more, powerful reiki symbols, to be able to offer a deeper healing for my clients and the ability to be able to attune other people. Again, I went into that class with the thought that I wouldn't be teaching and attuning people, my own reiki master healer was already doing that in town, she does a great job and I really didn't want to step on her toes. Of course, things changed in those two days.
One of the first things that came out of her mouth when we sat down for class was that she WANTED us to go out and attune people. It planted a seed that I let marinade throughout the weekend. During my last attunement on Sunday, I again got the message that I was meant to help heal the world. It was in that moment that I decided I was going to attune 25 people in 2021, to help raise the vibrational energy of the planet and to continue my work of empowering and healing the collective.
USUI Holy Fire® Reiki III
There are many different types of energy healing and even many types of Reiki. USUI Holy Fire® Reiki III is a unique kind of energy healing.
It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. Holy Fire® Reiki is a combination of traditional Usui Reiki and a contemporary evolution of Reiki.

The energy is noticeably refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness than any energy we have encountered before. It is also more effective. Some of its attributes include:
- Works continuously even when not thinking about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up.

- Heals relationships and interactions with others.
- Releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way.
- Spontaneously provides guidance that is palatable for every level of life experience.
- Tends to develop healthy personality traits such as love of self and others, kindness, patience, confidence, vitality, enthusiasm, optimism, trust, joy, peace and so forth.
- One of the more wonderful effects is a feeling of being loved. This is a deep and refined feeling that is very nurturing.
- Once received, Holy Fire® energy continues to evolve in its effectiveness.
Healing From the Inside Out
Reiki energy is that of unconditional love. Can you imagine what it feels like to constantly have reiki energy flowing through you? If you've had a reiki session, you know how incredible you feel afterwards. What if I told you, you could feel that way anytime you wanted by being able to give yourself reiki at anytime? What if you could send reiki to your friends, loved ones and our planet during times of need? What if I told you reiki continues to heal you, from the inside out, and that I had my biggest year of spiritual growth in 2020 and it had nothing to do with reading books or listening to podcasts?
Reiki has the magical force of opening up your heart and looking at the world with more loving kindness. Even if your goal isn't to open your own reiki practice, you can use reiki in your everyday life to help relieve stress and anxiety. When you receive an attunement of reiki energy, your vibrational energy will change and you'll begin to heal yourself from the inside out.

USUI Holy Fire® III - Reiki Level III (Masters)
Must be Reiki Level II attuned for a minimum of 6 months.
In Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Level III or Masters - you'll get access to two more very powerful symbols that will allow your reiki energy to last longer on yourself and others. You'll also receive attunements to be able to attune your own students, you'll learn how to remove energetic and spiritual attachments and how to conduct a reiki class from start to finish.
In Level III you'll learn:
-Two new reiki symbols
-How to remove energetic and spiritual attachments
-How to conduct a reiki class from start to finish

It's a natural healing modality that helps relax, connect to your true essence and allows your body to heal itself. Reiki can bring emotional balance, clarity, and self-awareness.
Reiki has also been known to help lower heart rate, blood pressure and stress hormones, as well as help with an increased immune strength. Reiki also helps with mood swings, depression, sleep deprivation, headaches and aches & pains in the body.

Reiki & Religion
While Reiki is a spiritual practice, it is NOT a religious practice. It has no dogma that you must believe. You can practice reiki alongside any religion or none. Every Reiki healer's experience is their own and unique to them.
The source of Reiki is the divinity that you find within yourself and all around you. This can be your Highest Self, the Universe, God, Jesus, "all that is" or any higher source that you believe. It is ONLY an energy of unconditional love so there is no negative energies or side effects. It's not "black magic", voodoo or wiccan.
Reiki allows you to feel at peace and release your stresses to be able to feel more calm and empowered within yourself and to help find the balance in life and remain grounded in what truly matters.
