All In Masterminds

All In Masterminds

Just about a year ago, I reached out to a few incredible women entrepreneurs in our community and invited them to join a masterminds group with me. I was at a point in my life where I was feeling really alone and misunderstood. A feeling you may relate to.

You know what it feels like to be an entrepreneur, but unfortunately, most of the people around you; your family, friends and even your significant other can't relate. They can try, but they will never fully understand how lonely, intimidating and sometimes down right exhausting being an entrepreneur truly feels like. Add into that being a mother, or the being the oldest in your family, and some days you feel as though you can barely keep your head above water.

This feeling, this is the reason I created AIM (All In Masterminds). This group of women, who have been in my life for the past year, get me. They understand these feelings, they've experienced them before and they don't look at me like I'm a total lunatic when I burst into tears over the smallest things. (Because we all know, it's always something bigger actually going on.)

I work with and interact with women daily, and the one thing they ALL have in common is how lonely leadership is for them. My goal with AIM, and really with Underneath the Clothes as a whole, is to make entrepreneurship a little less scary, a little less difficult and a LOT less lonely!

This group of women, that have been a big part of my life and business over this past year, have changed everything for me. They've been there to help pick me up when I feel like I can't go on, they've been my biggest cheerleaders and supporters, but most importantly, they've been that tough love when I need it. When you're the leader, you get to help shape and grow those around you, but that also means, usually you don't have someone there helping YOU to continue to grow and develop. This is where the All In Masterminds group comes in.

The definition of a masterminds group is: a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.

I have been a part of networking groups, referrals groups, you name it, I've tried it. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, has ever compared to a group like this!

Once groups have been curated, they won't open back up again for one year.

Applications are closed at this time and will re-open in April 2020.

If you are interested in joining a trust network of women who are committed to helping you aim higher and grow & develop, personally and professionally, this is the group for you!
