VITA™ COACHING CLIENT POOL

VOLUNTEER CLIENT AGREEMENT

This Client Pool program is designed to support Trainee Coaches who are developing their professional skills. It is an exciting opportunity for Volunteer Clients to receive coaching in sexuality, love, or relationships from a holistic and Tantric perspective, while supporting a Trainee Coach’s learning journey.

Please read this agreement carefully. Your signature at the bottom of this page confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

“Volunteer Client”

Means the person receiving coaching.

“Trainee Coach”

Means the person providing coaching services while in training.

“Company”

Means Truth and Love Coaching International, LLC, which facilitates the match between Trainee Coaches and Volunteer Clients but is not involved in coaching sessions.

This Agreement is entered into by me, the Volunteer Client, and the Trainee Coach regarding the services provided by the Trainee Coach. By participating in this Client Pool and receiving coaching from a Trainee Coach, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. COMMITMENT AND SCHEDULING

I agree to attend all scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions and to show up on time. Sessions will begin and end at the appointed times, even if I arrive late.
If a session must be canceled or rescheduled, I agree to notify the Trainee Coach at least 48 hours in advance.
The commitment consists of three (3) sessions of 60 minutes each, provided free of charge. Failure to respond to the Trainee Coach’s initial contact within two weeks will result in forfeiture of participation.
I agree to provide written feedback to the Trainee Coach after the completion of the three sessions, using any feedback format provided by the Trainee Coach.
I agree to communicate respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries with the Trainee Coach.

2. AWARENESS OF TRAINING STATUS

I understand that the Trainee Coach is still in training and agree to engage in the coaching experience with this knowledge.
I understand this is a volunteer arrangement for both parties’ benefit.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES AND DISCLAIMER

I understand that coaching is an educational and developmental experience and is not a substitute for therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.
I understand that the Trainee Coach does not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health or medical services. I am responsible for seeking appropriate professional support as needed.
I understand that personal transformation results can vary and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4. RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK

I understand that participation may involve emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges associated with personal development. I freely assume all risks associated with participation.
I take full responsibility for my physical and emotional well-being during sessions and thereafter.
I understand that the Trainee Coach is not liable for my decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching.

5. COMPANY ROLE AND LIABILITY RELEASE

I understand that Truth and Love Coaching International, LLC facilitates the match between Trainee Coach and Volunteer Client but is not responsible for any actions or events during or after coaching sessions.
I agree not to bring legal action, arbitration, or any proceeding against the Company, its members, Layla Martin, or the Trainee Coach, arising from participation in this program.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, contractors, and the Trainee Coach from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees.

6. TERMINATION

I understand that either I or the Trainee Coach may withdraw from the coaching relationship by giving written notice. It is encouraged that the three-session commitment be honored unless extenuating circumstances arise.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Please include the Volunteer Client name, signature, and date, as well as the Trainee Coach name, signature, and date.
