the framework for discovering what you desire and building the capacity to receive it
This framework was not taught to me in a course or pulled from the pages of a book.
It was birthed through my own lived experience.
Through years of questioning what I had been taught, meeting the patterns held in my mind and body, and expanding my capacity to actually receive the sex, love and relationships I deeply desire.

1. Discern
You can’t change what you’re unwilling to see.
Discernment is the practice of looking honestly at what’s happening without collapsing into blame or shame. We become curious about the relationships, triggers, patterns, behaviors, and experiences that continue creating pain or disconnection in your life.
Instead of immediately reacting, fixing, blaming, or abandoning yourself or the relationship, we begin asking:
- What’s this showing me?
- What’s being activated inside of me?
- Is this my intuition or an old wound speaking?
- What am I participating in, tolerating, avoiding, or recreating?
Through somatic inquiry, guided conversation, and internal reflection, we slow down enough to actually understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We separate what’s happening now from everything the past taught you to expect.
2. RELEASE
You can’t hear your own truth while everyone's voice is living inside your head.
- The beliefs inherited from your family.
- Religious shame.
- Cultural conditioning.
- Trauma held in the body.
- The rules about what a “good woman” should be.
- The expectations around marriage, motherhood, sexuality, femininity, success, and love.
- The identities you created to survive, belong, be loved, and stay safe.

3. Expand
Knowing what you want is one thing, having the capacity to actually allow it in is another.
Your nervous system has been shaped by everything you’ve lived through.
Which means sometimes the thing you consciously desire is the very thing your body has no idea how to hold yet.
- You can desire healthy love and feel activated by consistency.
- You can crave intimacy and pull away when someone gets close.
- You can want pleasure while your body braces against every sensation.
- You can long to be fully seen while another part of you desperately wants to hide.
This is where we begin creating new experiences in the body and expanding your capacity to actually receive it. More safety, truth, vulnerability, intimacy, pleasure, connection, and aliveness.
Through nervous system expansion, embodiment practices, pleasure rituals, and physical de-armoring, we begin creating new experiences in the body, ones that teach your system that what you desire is actually safe to have.
4. RECEIVE
Not religion’s version.
Not Instagram’s version.
Not mine.

Ways To Work With Me
There is no single “right” way into this work.
Each of my offerings meets you at a different place in the journey.
